I laugh every time I pass this sign. I, personally, prefer my finances to be more stable than what “quantum” would imply.

At the call center where I was a trainer, bonuses were based on scores, so a single bad survey could cut their pay in half. I'd spend hours reviewing recordings to prove ratings were unfair. No one cared.
If you want revenge on a company give the agent a perfect score. It COSTS THE COMPANY MONEY.

Same! My wife doesn’t do well with anxiety-inducing shows, but I persuaded her to watch along with me and she’s loving it, too.

I understood that issue to remove the semantic meaning of the element it’s applied to and everything inside of it. It becomes an a11y black hole.

My daughter and I played through what’s available already and were fairly underwhelmed. The charm of the first two just isn’t quite there. Still some beautiful moments, though.

How might we solve this? 80/20 accessibility basics. If all web devs knew semantic HTML / navigation / ARIA best practices it would get us so far. Not only to get reasonable baselines, but also to work with #a11y experts to get us the rest of the way there.
