I may have recieved my golden ticket from the absolute wasteland that was GameStop's Nintendo Switch 2 preorder scene. I'll wait and see if GameStop does any more shenanigans. Don't worry, I'll be writing up this whole travesty soon enough.

Dev leads told me that they wanted to have a narrative in the game, and that was a “challenge” because of its multiplayer nature. Even then, characters may not be big on banter. Instead, they may offer occasional barks or quips. You don’t get to select what character you play, either. 3/?

The game appears to be a really interesting mishmosh of various co-op titles, though with Remedy’s penchant for weirdness. I’m honestly excited for it, but I didn’t like what the devs told me when I asked whether characters would have personalities or conversations. 2/?

Man, Pax Unplugged unplugged me for real. Into the second day i received the “food poisoning” negative condition after rolling a nat 1 on a constitution saving throw to consume terrible Hot Pot. Didn’t get to try out nearly as many games as i wanted, but at least I got to test out this pad boy.
