finally a brute force-able solution for day 18 part 2

day 17 is done, today was pretty cool. i was able to implement a brute-force-ish solution to part 2 but, much, much faster. part 2 ran in ~300µs, thanks to moving in reverse, bitwise shifting, and only using 0-7
