Playing I AM YOUR BEAST and it’s incredible. The gameplay is intense, tight and so fucking fun but it’s the music, the script and the voice acting that really sells the experience for me. Games like this are why I keep hunting for great indie games.

Replaying A Hat in Time again. It's such a unique style of high quality cartoon character designs blended with the sharp edges of gamecube era 3d platformers. I'd love to see more indie games emulate this style instead of directly copying the style of that era. We could use more 3d platformers.

I'm trying to write a short essay about Metal Gear Solid 2 (Specifically when Raiden says "We're out here. We bleed. We die!) and I keep getting pulled into so many directions. It feels impossible to talk about MGS2 without talking about everything that game does. Help!

Has anyone read William Gibson's Neuromancer after playing Cyberpunk 2077? I feel like my idea of what is obviously supposed to be a vision of 80s and 90s style cyberpunk is being tainted by the game simply by reading "Night City". Maybe the 2020 version of the TTRPG looks similar?
