#TheHarderTheyCome the musical was so phenomenal, I saw it twice. It was inspired by the story of Ivanhoe "Rhygin" Martin, and adapted for the 1972 film starring #JimmyCliff.

I wrote my #YANovel #Dancehall Rebel knowing how particular the culture is with carefully navigating words, music, associations, and practices. There's a generation of diasporic #Jamaican youth that have limited resources to explore these concepts; this #book was designed to help.
