Wasn’t stanning JDR. He took them as far as he could. It felt like we had young talent to build around. Gruden was just a terrible replacement. Alienated our best players and squandered an embarrassing amount of draft capital.

It still felt like they were building something up until that terrible Christmas Eve. That was when everything changed. Hiring gruden was such a devastating move
