I think politics will still matter.
Political problems won’t go away, but pop culture will keep finding new ways to grow and connect people, especially through digital platforms.

Chinese netizens and media said Tzuyu was supporting Taiwan independence, so they lose some fans and she had to make a public apology video.

It meant Korea now focuses on global platforms like Netflix and YouTube. This helps them reach more fans, not just in Asia, but all over the world.

2. Fans
Sometimes fans stop supporting idols because of political problems. For example, Chinese fans might cancel a Korean star who says something supporting Taiwan, for example, Tzuyu of TWICE, held up the flag of Taiwan on a Korean TV show, China sees Taiwan as part of its territory

And the education system is totally unfair, some people in class just using their mother language, it’s much easy to talk and share opinion by using our own language.
June 10, 2025 at 1:14 AM
That’s why you don’t see a lot of people trying to change the system. It’s not always fear. Sometimes , it’s just not a priority in their life.

And most reflective feeling of today lesson is’ OMG, I can finally understand what the video talking about because it’s is Chinese!’

Local government if they want. And for many people, life is busy. They care more about their job, family, or future. Politics is not something they think about every day. For them, politics is really none of their business.

Most people in China grow up in that environment. From a young age, they are used to the way things are. So, they don’t always feel something is wrong. It’s just normal life for them.

Also, many Chinese people don’t think badly of the top leader. Like our teacher said that they can criticize the

In my opinion, the system helps to create a more honest and responsible society.

Some people in Western countries think Chinese people don’t have freedom, and they wonder why Chinese people don’t fight for it. But it’s not that simple.

you get a higher score. If you do bad things, like cheating or breaking the law, your score goes down.

Some people say that after this system started, people stopped jaywalking (like crossing the road when the light is red). That’s a good thing because it makes the city safer.

4. As Kpop became more global, it's important for artists to respect all cultures. It’s good when idols learn about the meaning behind styles or traditions before using them. Respect and education are key. Fans also play a big role in helping artists do better.

3. Yes, sometimes fans use the term "cultural appropriation" too quickly, even when someone is just showing appreciation or doesn’t mean harm. It’s important to understand the full story before calling something appropriation.

2. Yes. we see fewer K-pop idols using styles that copy African-American culture too much, like hairstyles or clothing. The style is changing—more idols are showing Korean culture or using fashion from other parts of Asia or the West in a more balanced way.

1. Maybe yes In some ways. Many K-pop companies are more careful now because fans speak up quickly online. They try to avoid copying other cultures in a disrespectful way. But sometimes, it still happens.

just for fashion, without understanding the culture. Others said the idols may not have known it was offensive. This shows how K-pop needs to be more careful and respectful when using elements from other cultures.

One example of cultural appropriation in K-pop is when idols wear Black hairstyles like cornrows or dreadlocks. For example, Lisa from BLACKPINK has done this. These styles are important in African-American culture, with deep meaning and history. Some fans felt it was disrespectful to use them

Before doing surgery, people should talk to a doctor or counselor to make sure they really need it and feel good about themselves. This can help reduce the pressure to be "perfect" and protect both the body and the mind.
May 29, 2025 at 1:21 AM
So, the government should make stronger laws to stop unsafe surgeries and punish bad clinics. Doctors must be honest and make sure patients are safe. Schools and media should teach people that beauty comes in many different ways, so people don’t feel they must look the same.

Some get surgery as graduation gifts from parents.
Social media makes it worse. People compare their faces to filtered, edited photos online. They live in an atmosphere that highly emphasises the face, they are stressed.

3. Psychological problems
Some people think, “If I change my face, I will be happy.” But after surgery, they still feel sad or not good enough. Some people can’t stop doing surgeries. They keep changing their face again and again.
Teenagers are especially at risk.

and the results look good in ads.
But sometimes, the results go wrong, and when the person goes home, there is no doctor to help them fix it. Also, laws are weak. Even though cameras are now required in some clinics, bad doctors still find ways to break the rules.

They say, “My face is uneven,” or “I have scars now.” A government survey found that 1 in 3 patients are unhappy with their results.

1. Unethical Practices in Clinics
A common problem is "ghost surgery". The famous doctor you paid for doesn’t do your surgery,a different person (not well trained) does it instead. This is dangerous and has even caused deaths. Many people regret their surgeries.
