I’m an elementary school teacher, wife, and mom with a grown son. At home, it’s just me, my husband, and our two little dogs who I absolutely adore. I’m a vegetarian, love cooking healthy meals, and try to stay active whenever I can.

This little one is the most caring little thing. I’ve been under the weather for a while and when I sneeze she sits up and stares at me head cocked until I reassure her I’m okay. Then she comes and snuggles.

I baked one thing this holiday season which is quite the departure from the 5 -7 dozen of 5-7 different cookies I usually bake but with just the two of us this year I resigned myself to this and it was a good choice. Magic bars are magical.

Scraggle face and her sis are off to the groomers. She always shaves 10 yrs off this one who goes in looking like she has been partying all night and comes back looking refined, elegant and smelling delicious.

I received two stuffed pop cans 🐶 toys for Christmas. The little one who gave them to me knew my Coke habit and how much I love the girls. I put them away and just took them out yesterday thinking they’d still be too big for Tanka as she only plays with tiny cat toys.
