See alt text! This is a great idea for seeds that need cold to germinate.
In a wooden rectangular frame (looks like 2x4s), about 6ft long by 2ft across, small dowels are placed width-ways, and on them are hanging about 20 ziploc bags, with clothespins pinching them to the dowels. These bags would have potting soil, and seeds in them. Some seeds need a long period of dormancy to germinate and sometimes, people put seeds in the back of their fridge. That's hard if you don't have a fridge, fridge space, or electricity. This method lets you germinate a lot of seeds, keeps them organized, doesn't need electricity. If you don't want to use plastic, you could use cloth bags.
