Which model is it under System Model in the Windows 10 System Information panel?
I personally love the ASUS ROG Strix GL502VMK, but it's an Intel gen below yours, and 8th made huge improvements to speed; I'd love to know your model so I can check out the specs!!

I can vouch for Paint Tool SAI, it's what I use for almost everything. CSP is good too, and Paint Shop Pro is amazing for photo work! (I used 8.10 - it and SAI have a similar UI good for ease of learning. CSP is more like Photoshop's layout, so it's good if someone's switching from there!)

I only heard of skeb recently, it's a jp site for comms! I wish artists outside of Japan could sell comms there too, a lot of it is standardized, forms are clear, emails are sent when a comm is accepted/delivered, its easier than ordering regular comms bc i never know what to say without a form!!

I'm still getting used to commissioning, but I find google forms are nice to fill out because they feel really organized! The form format is also why I like skeb for comms, or even toyhouse or old deviantart bulletins with a form to copy and paste in the comments, as both artist or commissioner!
