UltraEdge uses Hawkeye's 320fps cameras to reduce the synchronisation error, but as far as I know, the TV umpire still views the 50fps TV feed.

There's a keeper, a bowler and a ball at each end and they alternate every delivery. No wasting time changing the field.

It seems to be a temporary advertising board so if it wasn't there the fielder may have gone over the boundary. But as it was, he didn't and therefore it's out.
