Finished Black Doves on Netflix. Loved it. Cool spy series. Lots of gratuitous violence (suspend belief though that anorectic Kiera Knightly can fight grown men without being killed with one punch). Worth a look, I think.

12 (or 13) personnel could be the key to this game. McVay at this point seems to be actively going out of his way not to use it. It goes against his gunslinger, 11p, 9 and dime, pass first vision of the game. Hopefully he comes to his senses for the Bills game.

Confusing night. Thought the Rams were better than this. Too many mistakes (too late in the year). Lack of offensive diversity (Stafford locks on Cupp/Nakua missing easier opportunities). Our OL is not “all that” (with potential). TE core not used. Our defense is still young. So is our kicker. Oof!

Why is Davis Allen starting TE for the Rams? The other 2 TEs on the team have objectively better numbers (even with Parkinson not living up to expectations). Investment for next year? Something else? Even Kalinic seems a better option at this point.

On Bluesky for a short time and love the vibe in general. What I am missing so far is debate, especially sports related. Is it against the rules to disagree with someone here? Not talking personal attacks. I’ll drop some controversy later. Feel free to prove me wrong. I can handle it.

Gotta chance to look at some PFF data on our receiving core and found it interesting. I realize that PFF is controversial and it methods are not well understood but for what it is here is our receiving core (WR and TE's) ranked by PFF.

12p looks better than 11p (as usual). McVay doesn’t have the DNA make up to stay in it. Whenever it gets tight he just puts it all on Staffords arm to save the day.
