Exactly! Things always seem easy to the maker because you know everything. Consider getting someone to playtest a level once it’s done and see what they understand and where they struggle, then adjust accordingly.

Multiple simple levels. It gives you time to slowly introduce new mechanics while reinforcing previous ones.
