A solid selection providing minutes to players who deserve it while giving Saliba 60 before the next Premier League game after he missed Brentford through illness. Providing Salmon with further minutes while having Setford debut at home was lovely.

Madueke continued his form as did Martinelli while Jesus scored a lovely dink making a good run. We will need all of our attackers in the coming games to mesh, combine and play different roles at different scenarios and challenges.

The defence played well; especially Mosquera. What could have been a game for Lewis-Skelly in the midfield reverted to his normal role as he will probably develop a more midfield role in the future.

Eze played more of the 8 role as he was a little deeper, combining with Norgaard. With Zubimendi and Rice, Eze should be able to play higher up and next to Gyokeres allowing him to be more intricate closer to the box.

Eze linking up well and providing the intricate passes as Saka played in the 10 role was refreshing to see. It flowed well and created a freedom for Saka; preventing the usual doubling up on while Saka and Jesus rotated freely with the wingers.
