Wildlife enthusiasts, who had to win in a lottery of more than 1,200 entries to attend, got the rare opportunity for a bald eagle tour event at the DTE Energy coal-fired power plant in Monroe, Mich., on Saturday.

So glad to have some chili waiting for me at home this bitterly cold evening. Been making my chili with ground turkey as of late (this time extra lean) as it's healthier and I don't really even notice the difference between it and beef as most of the taste anyways is...

Being a born and bred Texan I get that these big winter storms are serious and don't happen with as much frequency as Ohio so the infrastructure and all that isn't as set up for it, but I had to chuckle at the fact that toledoblade.com only had two winter storm stories...
