It's debatable in origination, but either way, it's a good reminder. I take no offense to either. The point still stands: Catholics and notable Stoics were Roman. It would make sense that it was Latin and part of Catholic (Christian) theology.

Marcus Aurelius and Seneca, two of likely the most well-known Stoics, were, in fact, Romans. “Respice post te. Hominem te esse memento. Memento mori!” Many adopted it, including Egyptians, Buddhists, Catholics (Rome), and countless other faiths/philosophies.

He's had a bit of a wobble this season, but he still has the ability to make a difference. Hoping it's been more precautionary than serious. Injuries and cards have really plagued us this season!
