Tesla’s Automatic Navigation is a good idea poorly executed. It either tries to take me somewhere I’ve already been after its calendar event has ended, or somewhere I don’t need to be for a while. Meanwhile, it takes me nowhere when I actually want it to.

It seems to me that we have two parties who both like to spend (though on different things). One is also obsessed with cutting taxes, which of course makes it harder to pay for things, while the other actually wants to raise taxes. I think Democrats should assume the mantle of fiscal responsibility.

Tesla hasn’t been suffering because Elon Musk has been distracted — it’s been suffering because he’s made himself a very polarizing figure. Elon returning his focus to Tesla isn’t going to undue all the baggage he now has and thus probably won’t help Tesla.

My God, do I hate wool sweaters. They’re great when you first wear them, but even if you follow the washing instructions to a T, washing in tap cold water and laying flat to dry, they always shrink at least one size.
