Really been struggling the past year. It's been hard to do the basics sometimes, but this red shouldered hawk came to visit a few days ago and I was happy to snap a few shots of him. 🪶

This little bird was flying, but struggling, yesterday with this large feather wrapped around at least one leg. I couldn't approach it and haven't seen it today so I can't speak to its fate. #birds 🪶

The crocus in my front yard is up. Historically this happens 3 weeks before spring starts.
For better or for worse, this is the earliest I've seen it by 12 days. Located in central Indiana.
