I think we have to give our self grace when it all gets a bit too much and have a break otherwise how will we fight when on empty

I went and spent time with my nanny kids yesterday took social media apps off my home screen and turned off the vibrate on my phone it was bliss I had a day full of love and congrats and eleventy billion questions about what one of the soon to be 7 year olds about what she's gonna do on the day 🥰

Luckily they have more time on their hands now meta have gotten rid of them eh hah
