If you read the “Stars & Stripes” article this goes back to 2017 when we sold them some F-15’s and included training. Apparently there have also been pilots from Singapore stationed at that same base for training purposes. So not a new situation.

Don’t these projects go through a state procurement process? Then he should know that Vet/woman/minority owned businesses get extra points when the business is awarded. Or does it not work that way in public procurement anymore?
