Feels important to mention that while I am NOT talking about Pokemon at all here, I also did not care about the ZA flat buildings and didn't even actually notice them until they were pointed out to me. So maybe that's a me thing, but I do greatly prefer when my games can actually run well in general

I think style is very important to be consistent with, but "this looks like a ps2 game" or "this looks like a roblox game" is just. okay and? a lot of those games are great and people enjoy them? I feel for small devs (and for my pc trying to run a modern game that "looks good")

I've been hunting Popplio on and off since 2019 and I REALLY want to put that hunt to rest. I'm able to double hunt it now with my modded 3DS so it makes more sense to make it my final sprint for the year! Next year I want to try to do the same for all my starter hunts and be DONE

More things to say! The longer version is that the Safari shiny was always intended for Safari week, but I wasn't lucky then. I've hunted plenty since then, but recently had the charger busted for my preferred system and am waiting on a new one. On top of that, only a month left for a gamble... nah

Tyrunt (in SWSH) was on my bingo card last year, and while I never got that one, funny that I ended up hunting it this year anyways

Venusaur has never looked consistently one way or the other in official art so I can't be that upset but the small head + no curve on the eyelid + angle of the mouth REALLY throws me off I think

Sure it's limited to 10 in storage but that's!! 10!!! Finding all this out was huge to me as someone who loved hunting in PLA but hated that it was a huge disadvantage to listen to something in the background instead of the game, not to mention the eyestrain SV gave me examining pixels for hours...
