this doesn’t benefit me at all in case you’re sus of that, just sharing to help my fellow hormonal shift-experiencers not feel su*cidal every month like clockwork

and “homeschooling” permitted for those with severe disability or illness would still be as close to a standard curriculum as possible. not nonsense their crunchy mom decides on
November 14, 2025 at 5:57 PM
to accommodate and adapt for students who don’t thrive in traditional learning environments
November 14, 2025 at 5:56 PM
we should also outlaw homeschooling with only a few exceptions for things like severe disability or illness. before you ask “what about ND or mildly disabled or highly-advanced students whom the current system doesn’t serve”, this would be in a world where we have multiple public school structures—

it’s like they think the existence of more well-planned cities means they won’t be able to go live out in the boonies if they want lol ?? it’s bizarre. just more “IF IT EXISTS ANYWHERE, THAT MEANS IT’S BEING *FORCED* ON ME” attitude

other super woke opinions:

private K-12 schools should not be allowed; well-off people should have to send their kids to the same schools everyone else does and invest that money into making public school better for everyone

it will be a very good thing if lab-grown meat starts becoming more affordable and available. that way people still have animal protein options that are better for the environment AND don’t require any further slaughtering

this being said, i admit i’m not educated enough on this topic to speak on how these kinds of changes would affect global hunger, but i suspect that regardless we would certainly have enough to feed everyone if 1% of the world weren’t so greedy and rich

i don’t believe eating animals or their byproducts is wrong and a lot of communities out there still depend on that. but there’s a difference between mass farming and subsistence hunting that’s a part of culture, especially indigenous and rural cultures

yeah, they can get a little bit of snow in northern texas and in some high-elevation places close to the new mexico border! we occasionally get flurries or ice storms here but the snowstorm in 2021 was pretty much a freak event. and it never happens in december

the one time it did, 500 people died

i kind of figured!! i’m excited!! my producer made us a reservation at some tapas restaurant which i assume is in the same general area but i don’t know what it’s called. when i travel for work i’m often just eating from craft services RIP but i should have enough time on my own to try a thing or 2

dude it’s crazy, we have kind of a Weird Mall in my suburban city (there’s like, half normal stores and half stores that you only see in dead malls) and we have not one, not two, but at least THREE stores selling pokemon, squishmallows, and random anime stuff
November 14, 2025 at 4:33 PM
bygone treasures, honestly. i still love dubs from that era since that was what i started watching (first digimon and pokemon when they were airing, then naruto and bleach, etc)
