The fact that I'm able to hop to OCE and interact and play with people that I can't on my own data centre is a miracle, and I really hope SE are able to roll this amazing feature out for ALL servers someday.

Yes congestion is an issue but you can't lay that blame on the playerbase or one player.
Socialising is a main aspect of an MMO.
I hope people don't feel discouraged to use a feature of the game because of this.

I didn't realise until after taking the photo but that Noctis is a surge foil too, it just wasn't as noticeable as the others.
