I live in Texas and I'd love more clean energy but the ghouls in charge here don't give a shit about the common people. Unless it's somehow personally beneficial to the politicians and/or their donors then absolutely nothing will change.

I'll believe it when I see it. They'll likely just suspend everything until after he's out of office.
