i cant overstate how rare it is for someone to lie about being SAd or raped. it's so rare it practically never happens. naomi hasnt recounted and i tend to believe that at the very least they experienced what happened as SA, even tho daniel didnt realise what he did

i understand him wanting to protect his public image for monetary reason, but his reaction has made naomi look like a "crazy ex gf" when what happened most likely is that he pressured naomi into having sex and then panicked when his actual gf found out about the affair. this isnt fair to SA victims

he escalated things with a C&D and he is now (successfully) trying to discredit naomi's character + sending his fans after naomi by not regulating comments. he is more preoccupied with saving face with sponsors than anything else. this is a PR tactic we've seen done again and again by known abusers

it's not "obvious". you don't know these people. the naive take is to think we can possibly understand what happened based on texts that were picked and chosen by both of them and showed to us in youtube videos.
