This project took so damn long 🫠 it really was so much fun to make and I feel like it pushed me to try a lot of new techniques! Also big thank you to @/lvrejishoulei and @/Jun_on_Fire for their Crimson Weave and Pilfer animations respectively ✨

OBLIVION is an adaptation of @merry_xiv and I’s shared head-canon of FFXIV! We worked together to find a great place where our stories crossed paths and thought it would make a great action scene between Moriko and Drago!

At the time @merryxiv.bsky.social, @mangomanderville.bsky.social, and I had fantasia’d to Lalafell and I wanted to make an action scene around the dragoon glam I was using. No idea at the time that it would send me down the action machinima rabbit hole 😂

I remember working on this before DT thinking i would pick it up after… It made a pretty neat proof of concept instead 🥲

I’m still lowkey obsessed with the location where the fight is set so if anything else I’ll definitely set something there in the future 😗
