Slight clarification: they didn't lose their first binder.
They stole it.
From like a merchant or something, obviously. Not from someone who needed it. Gods. There's SOME honor among thieves. (Well, these thieves, anyway...)

The one who might actually be number two is very self-reliant and independent to the point of paranoia, but once upon a time he had the number two emblazoned on his hat, which happens to be one of his defining physical characteristics. It's a little silly. But you know how it is.

The one I internally think is number two is such because he's very supportive, and prefers to let other people have the spotlight while he cheers from the sidelines. Not to say he isn't capable of taking the stage, he just thinks it's usually better if someone else does it first. People are awesome!

If I don't get a number, I'll just pick one myself, but I wanna leave this open to audience participation-- I like having discussions versus screaming into the void, even if I can and will do just that.
