Harvard and other Ivys are getting 50%+ which subsequently decreases the pool of money for other schools. Indirect costs should not be exceeding 30%. Universities should be responsible for the majority of basic costs otherwise what is the point.
TL;DR: American taxpayers are getting more efficient systems, more bang for their buck, because universities provide the basic infrastructure that allows American research and development to scale. If that infrastructure isn’t funded, clinical cancer trials and other life-saving innovations end. 2/

The NIH cuts are being spun as a way to eliminate bloated university bureaucracy. And looking at the sheer numbers, I get it.

I expect her to not lie about how the scene was filmed. I expect her to recount the events to best of her ability and not mischaracterize. You didn't read her lawsuit so you don't understand how bad it looks for her. That's fine. You can look dumb in the coming weeks to months. Absolutely dumb.

In her suit, Lively said he broke character and kept talking to her as himself which was off script. His video proved she lied about the scene completely. SHE was the one who broke character. SHE was the one who kept talking about her personal life. Why are you excusing this huge lie in her suit?

Her lawsuit had a complaint about him breaking character to insist on flirting with her during the no audio slow dance scene. Yet VIDEO of them filming showed that Blake was the one doing that. I need to understand why she blatantly lied about how that all went down. Like straight up lied.
