Text is one thing since it isn't unique, but I wouldn't post anything with an image there to begin with since that is going to be used to train an AI model, regardless if there's a watermark saying that the work is not to be used for AI training on it or not.

So while there undoubtedly is an issue with an AI company just taking the content that includes other people or their work (especially with art & music) who have definitely not been asked for their consent to be included in data that is to be used in training AI beyond that, there is... (con'td)

...or interviews, good journalism for a story often involves asking someone to come on camera or give a statement, and harvesting information off of a legitimate news site completely disregards how people give their consent for their works or likeness to be included in a news publication. (con'td)

We always gave candy to everyone who dressed up, but whenever we got people who didn't wear a costume, they'd have to sing something for candy. Had lots of people singing twinkle twinkle little star on Halloween for that reason.
