There is already an offline mode in the game. I don’t think riot is going to remove access to that if the servers shut down.

Its not. Mihoyo fans didn’t care when Voice Actors were striking for AI protections and even celebrated when some of them were replaced by non union workers.

I think the general mythmaking about a biblical justification for the State of Israel is a big factor. The rapture part of it is just an easy crazy thing to poke fun at, but the broader religious argument is wide spread even outside of conservative circles.

I don’t see how that would ruin it. Adding another Meta Layer on top of it seems like an improvement to me. Videogame about a novel about a scientific paper about a documentary about a creepy house sounds fun.

What did Mr. Beast even do this year? I don’t think Beast Games had alot of motion. I don’t remember him doing anything big this year.

I mean I don’t agree with that stance entirely, but I can see where you are coming from then and in this case no one is really negatively impacted by the bug. I don’t see it as a punishment though. No one is better or worse off through them taking the gems back that were gained through the bug.
