Through the EU4Health-funded REMESOS project, the GFP peer support model is being adopted across Europe.

In Portugal, Kukunori supports NGO Misericórdia da Amadora as they prepare to use GFP to strengthen wellbeing & inclusion in socially challenged areas of Lisbon. 🇵🇹❤️

This week we joined the Nordic Foundation Conference in Helsinki – a space for new ideas and collaboration across Nordic foundations.
