Local news has now posted video from a neighbor's surveillance cam. It does appear like the officer may have been pushed aside slightly by the bumper as the victim turned to leave.
Again, seems clear from the video that there was no deliberate attempt to run anyone down.

There is a vehicle blocking the victim's vehicle (#1), the victim's vehicle (#2), and a vehicle LEOs exited (#3). Is #1 also a LEO vehicle. The LEO that fired the shots did not exit #3. Did he come from #1? Was there probable cause to stop #2?

Except, I'm male. Which means, statistically speaking, I am the person most likely to be pepper sprayed by someone I already know. I mean I hand it out like Oprah gives away cars (you get some pepper spray, and you get some pepper spray ...). But, nah, I don't like your statistics.(head in sand)
