This is the problem. Minimum federal wage is $7.50 per hour! You cannot fed, house and cloth yourself on $7.50. Living wage in most of America is double this or more!

People loves chain restaurants because they know they will get the meal they want at the price they want and in the environment they want.

Add to that a minimum wage way below a living wage…requiring govt subsidies of food, heal care, and housing!
