My husband & I visited earlier this year- highlights were Anello for pizza, El Minuto Cafe for traditional Mexican food, and El Guero Canelo for Sonoran hot dogs. As far as cocktails, El Crisol is a must and any/all of the bars in Hotel Congress. Enjoy 🌵
