Wife messaged them 5 times, phoned twice and had to fill in an online web form which then lead to them asking again for her to fill in details again. It was super frustrating.

It took me over a week to get my wife’s details updated with British Airways. They described the system as “old and broken” over the phone and recommended not using their apps and only using chrome to visit and book on the website.

Things seem to have picked up but it seems like the industry is going through consolidation and now there are a lot of experienced practitioners on the market trying to get back in.

- DMARC and SPF policies also located as friendly TXT records. You can check if DMARC is being enforced. Third party mail providers/transaction mail providers on the SPF side.

In my industry (cyber) we have a server called infosec.exchange, it’s full of good info. I avoid the politics, I’m just there to scoop up all the news. I use the toot! Client to alert me when a certain analyst posts/uploads info and so far I’ve found it useful.
