Some Democrats need to lose their primaries and be replaced with better Democrats who actually reflect the views and positions of the party. What Trump did is BAD, and they should say so. We invaded another country without declaring war and kidnapped its leader. This is a World destabilizing action.

I think he is also trying to distract from the Jack Smith testimony which dropped on New Years Eve. He stated that the raid was supposed to take place three days before (on New Years Eve). Jack Smith basically stated that he had enough to indict and convict Trump on both Jan 6 and documents.

Look at how he smiles and suppresses a laugh as he says "They promised they would go to their native Washington and brief President Trump" instead of going to Kyiv.

His justification is that Biden was not of sound mind or his aides directed the pardon. Sure, do it. Trump is not of sound mind and his aides directed his pardons(he did not know who Changpeng Zhao was when asked about that pardon). Therefore all his pardons, including January 6ers can be rescinded.

Wow - she brought up X as an example of a free speech platform that "drowns out" antisemitism. Last i checked it was a cesspool of neo-Nazis and antisemitism, much of which gets promoted by the owner. Way to gaslight.

Hi Nathan - i respectfully disagree. Based on the essay and TA's notes, student failed because she did not cite anything at all. She alluded to the bible without citing. The TA said "cite your work, think critically, and have empathy". Then student said "you're censoring me cause of my religion!"

Hi Jamelle, as a former barista with a Kitchen Aid expresso machine, it can be done but is difficult. The cafe's machine has a more powerful wand w/ 4 to 5 streams of steam, more heating capacity, and more water pressure on the expresso. Also additional water treatment. You are at a disadvantage.

MPD officer failing to write what actually happened in a police report is perjury. Police reports are official records of an incident used in criminal and civil court cases. By falsifying a report - that officer should be charged. Law Enforcement should be held accountable like any normal citizen.

Where is the whale oil on this graph? Whaling was a huge business prior to the 20th Century and its oil was used for many things including street lighting.

Hi Charles. The elimination of pre-existing conditions is huge. Pre-Obamacare, my wife and i married, shortly after i proposed, at a court house to get her on my employer health insurance as she was in school and had part time jobs and not eligible for healthcare. Our actual wedding was 2 yrs later.

My first full time job in my industry after i graduated was a consulting firm. The firm spent ~$2M on an external consultant to assist with the rebranding effort. New templates, new Logo, new standard for all Marketing material. I could not differentiate the new from the old, they were to similar.

So they are going after Sydney Reid for a misdemeanor while their officer commits perjury, which is a felony. I have written many times that our law enforcement should be held to the highest standards and when they lie, they should be prosecuted. Law enforcement officers lying ruins lives.

I know i am being naive, but i would expect officers who lie on official documents "under penalty of perjury" be charged with perjury when they are caught.

This is not a body slam. He grabs his neck. If you want to take someone to the ground you do not grab their neck. You grab the neck to suffocate. This is assault at the very least. There are much better methods to take someone to the ground than grabbing the neck. Refer to ANY martial arts training.

MSM does not report what the Dems are doing, but that does not mean they are doing nothing. Try joining Democratic representatives email list and news letters and you will find out what they are doing. My representatives are very clear on what they is doing to help. And i call them too. Repeatedly.

I assume you are making your own dough. For pizza dough i always use olive oil in the dough. For cast iron pizza, i am also generous with the olive oil in the pan prior to forming the dough in the pan. Needless to say, i try to work as quickly as possibly to form the pizza and put into the oven.

I agree - it is the majority party's responsibility to keep the government open - it is up to them to get the votes. The Dems said if you want our votes, give us healthcare subsidies. The Republicans can remove cloture requirements (they did 14 days ago) and pass the bill. But then its all on them.

TY for the link. I disagree, the NYT is still treating trump with kid gloves. They end with "He still tried to win over the audience" but cut the middle of the quote. To paraphrase the cut part, if you disagree you can leave, but if you leave your career is over. A direct threat, not winning over.

This tells me that the price Pfizer is offering on "TrumpRx" is the price of pharmaceuticals that they could sell at and still make a profit. Therefore they have been price gouging us all this time.
