I drew Knight of Pentacles reversed for Pizzaballa's card, noting that Ace of Pentacles showed up in his spread. His shadow card is Death reversed. I'm taking this as showing a sense of overwhelm and inability to release or move forward. It feels like "deer in headlights" to me.
