The Right likes Israel largely because they think that the nation state of Israel is tied into what they consider prophecy from the New Testament. They are pro-Israel but they hate Jews. Likewise they are pro-fetus, but hate all born life outside of their cult.

Eugene Ionesco said that he knew his buddies were going Nazi when they'd begin saying stuff like, "Well, to Hitler's credit ..." or, "I'm opposed to them, of course, but the Nazis have a point when..."
