Is ChatGPT4 cleared as a SaMD (medical device)?😳

Does it really follow the Goldacre review?

The reason is Vendor lock-in. Board meeting notes epitomises proprietary vendor lock-in from troubled #horizon IT software. Important we don’t make the same mistakes & advocate for open standards & open platforms in #HealthIT to avoid this scenario #NHS ⬇️

Great article. Ultimately we need reliable, high quality data so that both clinicians and AI have semantically rich interoperable data from EHRs to realise these benefits. This statement below should be at the top and bottom of the article to emphasise data first AI later ⬇️ #openEHR

I wonder whether digital technologies could help have that end of life conversation & make that easily available to everyone looking after patients and the patients themselves. Take a look at London’s Universal care plan built on #openEHR standards tech.

I agree. That’s where the legacy EPRs/EMRs/EHRs have gone wrong. They are billing systems that replicate paper processes and hardly replicate anything clinically useful. They are no help to anyone! We need a post modern EHR approach #openEHR ⬇️

It was wonderful hearing from @lukereadman at the @openehr.bsky.social conference on @LondonUCP end of life care plans and more. Important to see how #openEHR tech is helping unify health records across ICSs .

There is a fantastic blueprint from The Apperta Foundation about the Co produced personal health record (CoPHR). This is definitely a great way to proceed

Proud to have completed this fantastic course on advanced #openEHR clinical modelling. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in digital health, interoperability and user centred design enabled by technology centred around patients and healthcare workers.

Excited to be talking at the openEHR International conference on openOutcomes (openoutcomes.apperta.org) an openEHR native digital Patient Reported Outcomes (PROMs) and Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREMs) platform.

This article is a brilliant example of clinical data reuse from electronic health records (EPRs) & improving data quality, reducing clinical workload, time & costs in hip fracture patients➡️National Spanish hip fracture database. #openEHR @rcphysicians.bsky.social
