In vernacular British English, any noun can be used as an insult if it feels right. Just looking around my immediate surroundings, 'you teacup' and 'you plant pot' work, but 'you subwoofer' and 'you mousepad' don't. Same with pastries: donut works, cheese lattice doesn't. Nobody knows why.

And it forces people out of Westminster. I once had to go to the Tory party conference in Blackpool and the collision of cultures was, though sitcom worthy, really important.

I once also posted this song in a fit of whimsy and my friend Bryan described it as ‘a cul-de-sac of a song’, and a)he was right, and b) I don’t care.
