I am glad for Virginia. Still I would hardly call it a red wave as Republicans barely held on to the House and the Presidential vote was actually very close. The Senate looks like a mini-wave, with only Pennsylvania being the only real surprise- and just barely. We live to fight another day.

Exactly. He currently is around 49.93% (rounds down to 49.9) and may wind up slightly under 49.90%- that would still round to 49.9 %. Not as likely but maybe his % will fall enough to round to 49.8%.
