My physical therapist got an SOS text from his wife. Obviously, he calls her. The emergency was that he needed to go buy this flag to fly and come home to hang it for her. “We can’t be silent anymore.” I don’t know her, but I guarantee that I would love her. #IYKYK

I don’t know what possessed me to try focaccia today. I’d give it a 6-7/10 on texture. Better on taste.

I cook a lot. A lot of recipes come from the WSJ. But every single baking recipe from @wsj.com bombs. This weekend was not the exception. 2 recipes, 2 laughable moments (one woefully underdone, one well over). There isn’t going to be a Kate Bakes pop up any time soon 🤣

I spent my Thanksgiving golfing and trying to convince the little squirrels that they want to come back to Pennsylvania with me. It was a weird one, the first holiday without my family. But, sometimes you need a new tradition or two.

Try going to an actual shop of candle heaven… I bought about an Ed Sheeran ticket worth of candles. And they’re glorious, and I’ll hoard them and be afraid to burn them 😂
