The Queen’s Interests and the Mysicana foundation deck have fantastic illustrations by Filip Popovic. It’s so cool seeing the final product after working with my prototype!
Cards from the Mysticana foundation deck and The Queen’s Interests laid out against a gray background. Mysticana cards are laid out in a row and include illustrations of fantasy beings and locations. They have ranks, and suits based on elements of earth, fire, and water. During the game, the queen card moves along this row of cards toward one player or the other. If the queen reaches an end of the row, that player get to score the row as an additional hand at the end of the round. Three Mysticana cards against a gray background. Got some puzzle books for my birthday, and Sunome by @adambontrager.bsky.social has been really standing out. An engaging maze building puzzle, and my kindergartener has been enjoying doing the finished mazes!

Really enjoyed playing though LOK by @letibus.bsky.social! It’s like a cross between crossword and logic puzzles. The book came with a dry-erase overlay so I can hand it off to a friend after working through it

I am an aerospace engineer, working mainly on thermal analysis for human spaceflight. I have worked different aspects of NASA's Artemis program to return people to the moon, including Orion and the Lunar Gateway space station
