The A12 Northbound is slow between Junction 21 and J22
This is due to a problem getting into Witham at J21 and it is making the J22 slip road slow which is unusual

Here is an update.
ECM 12Z is a wintery one with snow showers packing into the North and East. However the GFS 18Z dose the opposite and is shows a warm southerly plume coming a long way south. This is for the Christmas period so there is a lot of uncertainty
