You may feel like you went backwards. Consider the fact that You have been given a chance to look at things from different perspective, to try again, to do something better or break the cycle leaving certain people, events behind and starting fresh. Embrace it all.

Time to slow down and reflect on how present you are in your everyday life and the moments it gives you. Presence in the mundane often frees your mind and allows the AHA moments to show up because you have enough mental space - meditate, journal, do anything to stay grounded
