For those curious, this is the one-shot in question that I wrote. Keep in mind, this was posted on fanfiction over 10 years ago, before I even turned 20 (I believe), and it may show in the writing. Still, it's fun to revisit once in a while. Hope it entertains others, too.

On top of the abridged series, seeing how tomorrow is the 23rd, I'm reminded that this day is technically Marik Ishtar's birthday. And THAT reminded me of an old one-shot I wrote, back when me and my friend were practicing writing other YGO ships.

Seeing how pretty this fanzine looks from just those page previews has me excited! I'm happy this is my very first fanzine that I'm ordering! And as an early B-day gift for myself, no less! (proud January baby here ^^)

Gosh, I love looking at this picture. Everything from Blitz's silly tongue to Stolas with an expression of "I'm cool with this" just puts me in a happy mood. :)

Lol. You can really tell this is old art. XD All joking aside, though, I wouldn't mind seeing this pirate au trend come back. I'm always a sucker for pirate aus, regardless of the fandom. :)

And, as a bonus for Richard, since I have friends that really enjoyed Invader Zim, I put in the extra cash to get a recording and a picture with him. Thanks to him and the rest of the cast and crew I met! Was definitely worth the trip! :D
