I loved this episode on thinking critically about AI literacy! It points out historical parallels with web literacy, where we didn't know what it was and taught students very bad practices instead of waiting for research to determine what it should be.

Using alternative grading doesn't require a complete overhaul. Starting with small incremental changes might be better as you explore what makes sense for your context. Here is an excellent blog post on how to start small.

This episode discusses the tension of acknowledging AI might now be a learning objective, but it is also a learning objective potentially at odds with the other ones. However, this means we need to rethink our learning objectives and assessments, which is hard.
