C. RBILD - don't think it fits the pattern
D. leukoclastic vasculitis - one heard this exists is about the extent of my knowledge on it but
E. Think this is describing organising pneumonia which doesn't fit the CT

A. Is describing LAM I think - young woman with cysts but maybe a little small/irregular
B. Is Langerhans histiocytosis X - she's an ex smoker although relative trivial pack year history

You would have to have very good availability for it's take up (thinking outreach/early evening) - but embrace some of the cons above and accept it is as much a training opportunity (both procedural and diagnostic) as a clinical service and take that as a positive, it's utility would be much higher.
