Another is about the interaction of white lupin and Colletotrichum lupini. For the former, we did multi-omics integration under infection of different strains, and for the latter we compare the genomes of these strains. Hope we will get something interesting!

As it is said in bio, I am a Ph.D. student with a lot of interests. My current work is divided by several projects. One of them is dedicated to genetic diversity and association studies in two Vicia species: V. sativa and V. narbonensis (I hope to do landscape genomics in the nearest future... 🤞)
