When Amora is old enough to be living with other maned wolves, Slinky will retire and be adopted by one of the SCZ employees, who has fallen head over heels in love with him 🥰 (Part 7/8)

They adopted and took Slinky to the Sedgwick County Zoo for a quarantine period before the two pups could finally meet ❤️

Slinky and Amora met that following weekend and we are overjoyed to tell you that things are going well between them! 🥹 (Part 5/8)

Slinky and his sister were actually taken into care by KHS on the same day Amora was born! Lucky for the two lonely pups, we knew this could be the perfect pairing 💕

Not wanting Amora to become reliant on humans, the zoo was searching for a canine companion who could support her development during this critical life stage.

At that same time, we had a 3-month-old pup named Slinky whose sister had been adopted, leaving him feeling lonely 😢 (Part 3/8)
